Building custom pages

Drag, drop, and edit right on the page — for landing pages, announcements, and anything that isn't a course.

On this page

Under Website → Pages, you can build standalone pages that live outside your course catalog — a webinar signup, an event announcement, a one-off promotion. The editor shows a live preview of the page on the right; drag widgets in from the left, then double-click straight on the preview to type — what you see is what visitors get, no coding needed.

Drag widgets in from the left

The left panel lists every available widget, grouped by what it's for — Content basics (heading, text, image, button, and more), Dynamic content (widgets like course curriculum or instructor bio that pull in the current page's data automatically), Content lists (course grids, download lists, and the like), and Marketing & conversion (countdowns, pricing tables). Type in the search box to jump straight to one. To lay out a whole block at once, the Sections group at the top holds ready-made templates — a hero, featured courses, a testimonial wall, an FAQ accordion, a pricing table — dragging one of those in is faster than stacking widgets one at a time. Drag a card to where you want it on the page and drop it.

Type directly on the page

Double-click a heading, button, or paragraph to type right where it sits — no hunting for a form field. Press Enter or click elsewhere to save, or Esc to discard the edit.

Resize columns

Hover the boundary between two columns in a multi-column layout and a drag handle appears — drag it left or right to change the split (say, 70/30 instead of even), or double-click it to reset to an even split.

Undo, delete, and duplicate

Got the order wrong or edited something by mistake? Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac) steps back, Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes it. With a block or section selected, press Delete to remove it (you'll be asked to confirm) or Ctrl+D to duplicate it in place — editing a copy is faster than dragging a fresh one in.

Choose images and files from the media library

Widgets that hold an image, file or video can pick something you've uploaded before straight from the media library, without uploading it again. Only owners and instructors can see the media library; files students upload, such as assignments or bank transfer proofs, never appear in it.

Page limit by plan

How many custom pages you can create depends on your plan:

  • Basic: 1 page
  • Growth: 5 pages
  • Pro: 20 pages

This limit only counts pages you create yourself — built-in system pages (like Home and FAQ) never count against it. Once you're at your limit, you'll need to delete an existing page or upgrade your plan before creating another.

AI-assisted block copy

If you're short on time, AI can draft the copy for a block — heading, body text, testimonials, columns — which you review and edit before publishing. This draws from the same monthly AI generation quota used for course outlines and quiz questions; see "Monthly AI quota" under AI Assistant.
