Writing blog posts

Your school's blog — a full rich text editor, SEO fields, and categories/tags.

On this page

Under Website → Posts, you can publish articles to your school's own blog — announcements, tutorials, or content marketing to drive organic traffic. Each school gets its own blog at /posts, separate from your course content.

The editor

Post content is written with a full rich text editor (headings, bold/italic/underline/strikethrough, colored text and highlights, superscript/subscript, bullet/numbered/task lists, tables, embedded YouTube/Vimeo video, callout boxes, and blockquotes). A slash menu (type /) inserts any of these quickly without reaching for the toolbar, and you can drag blocks to reorder them. A fullscreen writing mode and live word count are both available from the toolbar.

Organizing posts

Each post can have an optional category and comma-separated tags, plus a cover image and a short excerpt shown on the blog listing page.

SEO fields

Every post has optional custom search-result title/description and a social share image — leave them blank and the post's own title/excerpt/cover image are used instead.

Drafts

Like courses, posts default to unpublished and are only visible to you until you publish them.
