Quizzes
Add a quiz lesson and write questions — five types are supported: single choice, multiple choice (partial credit for getting some but not all correct), fill in the blank, matching, and open-ended. The first four are graded automatically the moment a student submits; open-ended questions are reviewed and scored by you from the quiz question list, since there's no single correct answer to check against.
Each question shows its accuracy and — for choice-based types — a breakdown of how students answered, right from the quiz question list. The Analytics page's Course performance tab also ranks your hardest questions platform-wide, so you can spot which ones need a clearer explanation.
Assignments
Add an assignment lesson describing what the student needs to submit. Students upload their work from the lesson page; you review and grade submissions from your course dashboard. Unlike quizzes, assignments always need a human to review them.
