Consultation bookings

Under Courses → Consultations, open up bookable time slots. Students pick a slot from the front-end "Book a Consultation" page, and once booked, that slot is automatically marked full so no one else can double-book it.

Only students who currently have active access to at least one of your courses (not expired, not refunded) can book. Anyone else still sees the open slots, but the book button is replaced with "For students with an active course". A slot that has already started can't be booked.
