Monthly email sending quota
How many broadcast and automation emails you can send per plan.

Sending a broadcast, running an automation sequence, or triggering a subscription renewal reminder counts against a monthly email quota that scales with your plan:
- Basic: 500 emails / month
- Growth: 2,000 emails / month
- Pro: 5,000 emails / month
Transactional emails — purchase receipts, refund confirmations, password resets, and similar system emails — never count against this quota; they always go out.
An email you send to a single student from their page also counts against this quota (1 each). The quota resets monthly. Once you hit it, sending pauses until the next cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
Customer-service reply emails
When a visitor has left your website, your reply under Support → Chats is sent to the Email they left. That email also counts toward the monthly quota, but it is never blocked by it: when the quota is used up the reply is still sent.
